Options vary in level of support and guidance, with Level 1 offering the highest of each.

These options are designed for you to progress gradually, gaining more independence in your nutrition choices as you become more comfortable and confident in making decisions on your own.

This creates a gradual transition between being actively coached and fully independent.

As you eventually move away from coaching, it will feel more like a natural progression rather than a drastic and intimidating change.

*Best for those who want frequent, real-time guidance, accountability, and problem-solving, and who want extra support navigating challenges or mental roadblocks around food.

  • An initial strategy call: this initial call is where we clarify your goals and create an approach that fits your life, values, and long-term vision.

  • Client Food Guide: a done-for-you food reference to make everyday nutrition decisions easier - from portions and balanced meal ideas to food staples and on-the-go options.

  • Weekly accountability through 45-minute check-in calls: a deeper weekly check-in where we reflect to build awareness, problem solve challenges, make any adjustments, and develop skills that support consistency and long-term success.

HOW IT WORKS

  • STEP 1

    Fill out an application form HERE -

    commits you to nothing but an email response from me (and maybe a life-changing next step).

  • STEP 2

    Jess will review your application and reach out via email.

    If you’d like to set up a call to discuss coaching options more in depth, get answers to any of your questions, etc. this is where we do that as well.

  • STEP 3

    If you decide this is the path for you, we move forward with onboarding you to your client portal, where you also fill out an in-depth form that helps me get to know all about you. You’ll submit your payment, and for nutrition clients, we’ll set up your first call to begin creating your personalized road map!

  • STEP 4

    From here you’ll have weekly check-ins, can track habits and training through your client portal, and can message Jess between check-ins for additional support. During check-ins we’ll assess progress, factors like stress and sleep, and more, and make any adjustments to your plan as needed.

FAQ

  • We don’t do ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods, or have rigid food rules. Instead, we view food on a spectrum, where they’re more or less nutrient dense. We prioritize more nutrient dense foods most of the time, while still making room for other foods we love. This can lead to greater satisfaction, a reduction in overeating, and more sustainable results. Not to mention, just enjoying life more.

  • Big nope! I’ve worked with those who have goals of muscle gain, body recomposition, maintenance, improving energy levels, in addition to weight loss.

  • Nope. Although 99% of clients do decide to track their calories and protein, a select few choose not to.

  • I work with common people, with common goals. Tracking just calories and protein allows us to focus on the essentials, in a much more simple and practical way. It can make the process less time consuming, more manageable, and feel less restrictive. Unless you’re someone who has very specific performance or aesthetic goals, or tends to undereat carbs or fats, these two can simply fall where they may.
